Kyung Yoon, Vice Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles, is going to receive the Woman of the Year "Guiding Light Award for Leadership", for inspiring generations of new leaders with her vision, leadership, and achievement, at the Society of Asian Women Leaders' Annual Awards Dinner to be held on Saturday, October 11, at 6 p.m. at the Hilton Financial District in San Francisco (350 Kearny St.).   Also being honored that evening is Fiona Ma, State Assembly Majority Whip, 12th Assembly District, who will receive SAWL's "Leading from the Heart Award" for her tireless dedication to helping small and minority-owned businesses achieve success. 
 
Proceeds for the event will support C.E.O. Women (Creating Economic Opportunities for Women), a non-profit organization that helps low-income immigrant and refugee women fulfill their dreams of becoming successful entrepreneurs. Since inception, C.E.O. Women has served more than 1,000 Bay Area women through its programs focusing on training and mentorship, alumnae support and access to capital.
