SPRIE's Douglas Fuller and co-author Eric Thun take aim at those who criticize China's growth model as a doomed one due to its "heavy dependence on foreign investment." In their article China's Global Path in World Business, they argue that China's more globally integrated model should not be compared to those pre-globalization models employed with great success in Northeast Asia and that China has gained much from its international integration.
