Victoria Kwong is the executive assistant to Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (Shorenstein APARC) director Gi-Wook Shin. Prior to her work at Shorenstein APARC, she supported the Solid State Lighting and Energy Center. She is a proud alumna of UC Santa Barbara, where she received a BA in sociology and Asian American studies.
