Rafiq Dossani appointed to new Government of India Committee

The Government of India has appointed Senior Research Scholar Rafiq Dossani to a new Committee on Technical Innovation and Venture Capital. In this capacity, he will recommend policy and regulatory changes to improve the development and financing of technical innovation. VC investments in India exceeded $2 billion last year -- 70 percent of which was funded by U.S. institutions -- making India the largest destination for American VC outside the United States.
