"In a rapidly changing world where innovation and agility reign supreme," noted Brown, there is a "big shift" underway from an economy that is predictable and heirarchical--one that is based on scalable efficiency--to one that is dynamic and focused on knowedge flows and creation: an economy that depends on scalable peer learning.
